Medcall are a leading nursing agency that supplies caregivers and nurses to various hospitals, rest homes, aged care and community services across New Zealand.

We offer flexibility to work around other commitments and the ability to choose when and where you work.

A bit about working for us:

• You will update your availability on our mobile app to let us know when you are free to work.
• We will send you shift offer notifications that line up with your availability, preferences and skillset.
• You can accept or decline the offers we send to you. If you are keen to pick up the shift, we will book you in. If you are not interested - no problem, simply click the decline button!
• Our mobile app allows you to check your roster, check payslips, accept or decline work, send messages to our team, sign timesheets and a range of other features.
• If technology isn't your thing, we also have a friendly bookings team available over the phone 24/7.

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 months previous experience in a NZ Aged Care, Hospital or Community setting.
• Have access to reliable transport to travel to our clients' facilities.
• Be reliable, motivated and have a positive can-do attitude.
• It would be great if you had a NZQA qualification in Health and Wellbeing (or similar) but this is not mandatory.
• Current First Aid certificate or willing to obtain.
