Facilities & Maintenance Carpenter

Our Facilities & Maintenance Division specialises in everything from minor repairs to complex refits and full-scale remodels across government, educational, commercial, and residential sectors.

We’re growing and looking for experienced, versatile Carpenters to join our dynamic team.

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with solid facilities/maintenance experience
• Comfortable with renovations, repairs, and minor building works
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to paint/patch repair would be an advantage
• Capable of reading and interpreting plans and scopes of work (often there is only a written brief to work off)
• Capable of scoping and ordering materials for jobs
• Good communications skills with client and company
• Able to problem-solve and work independently when needed
• Confident and professional when working in occupied environments
• Willingness to guide apprentices and uphold health & safety standards
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Permanent work rights in New Zealand
• Able to pass a criminal record check (we work with sensitive government clients)
