Landscape Labourer –

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Landscape Labourer to join our crew. You’ll support landscape technicians and foremen in a variety of outdoor projects, from planting and mulching to hardscape prep and seasonal maintenance. This role is physical, fast-paced, and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities: Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, lawn care, and irrigation system installation/maintenance

Load/unload materials, equipment, and tools; operate hand and power tools under supervision
Prepare sites by removing debris, marking lines, and setting up safety barriers
Assist with hardscape prep (grading, trenching, base material, edging)
Operate basic equipment (edgers, trimmers, blowers) following safety guidelines
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (gloves, eye/ear protection, etc.)
Assist with scheduling, client communications, and project documentation as needed

Perform other duties as assigned to support project timelines

What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Physical stamina and the ability to lift 25kgs, kneel, bend, and work outdoors in various conditions
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn

Prior landscape, construction, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred.

Basic understanding of plant materials, irrigation, or seasonal maintenance is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Ability to follow directions, comply with safety rules, and take pride in quality workmanship
