About the role:
To be successful as a senior member of the LDE team you will understand what it means to work in a functioning team with a generous mindset. Working in a multidisciplinary company like LDE means being able to think laterally and interacting with different teams, thus providing seamless solutions for often complex problems.

This requires attention to detail and a complete understanding of contribution as a member of the senior team.

Leadership:
  • Being an advisor and mentor
  • Providing advice and support to regional and national managers
  • Supporting the structural team to produce high quality outputs
  • Being an exemplary role model for internal and external clients.
Client Management:
  • Seek and develop working relationships with existing clients, councils, etc.
  • Obtain and maintain new client opportunities.
  • Ensure growth of existing key clients through high quality workmanship
  • Become a “go to” contact for key clients.
Project Management and Delivery:
  • Returning clients and positive reviews equal success
  • Communicating confidently
  • Prepare suitable work-scopes/methodologies and budget estimates
  • Undertake analysis & design and managing budgets.

Alongside fostering good team morale, this is primarily a technical role which will see you being fully immersed in designs of a specialist nature both commercial and industrial. As such you will have been a recent and regular user of Space GASS, or similar proprietary software.
