Whangarei - Assistant Groundsman

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop. The role specifically involves hard asset maintenance, so there is no gardening or landscaping involved.

The role is full-time Monday - Friday from 07:30am to 4:00pm.

Your will be reporting to our Infrastructure & Grounds Manager, and the kind of work you will be involved with includes:

• Ensuring our roads and footpaths are clean and well kept
• Assisting with our weed control programme
• Helping with general waste removal
• Exterior cleaning of houses, windows, gutters and pathways
• Assisting with event planning
• Ensuring our amenities are always in A1 condition
• Repairs and maintenance of decking and trellising
• Deck staining
• Other varying jobs that we may need from time to time

A NZ drivers licence is a requirement for the role.
