Access Scaffolding is on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Scaffolder / Spannerhand. Whether you're new to the industry or already have some experience, this is a great opportunity to build a solid career in scaffolding with long-term growth.

About the Role

Based out of our Avondale yard, you'll be working across a range of job sites — from private homes to commercial builds and major infrastructure projects. We use a mix of Ringlock, Tube & Clip, and Mobile Towers, so there’s plenty of variety and a lot to learn.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting scaffolders with loading/unloading and moving gear
  • Helping set up and dismantle scaffolds safely
  • Working at heights (training provided)
  • General site and yard labouring and clean-up
  • Manual handling and supporting trades
  • Following site instructions and working with the team
  • Being reliable and physically fit for demanding work

You'll be under experienced supervision with plenty of guidance and support as you learn the ropes.
