What You'll Be Doing- Assisting technicians with vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- Learning how to use tools, equipment, and automotive systems
- Attending block courses and completing unit standards
- Keeping the workshop tidy, safe, and well-organised
- Growing your skills on the job and progressing each year of your apprenticeship
- A genuine interest in cars, mechanics, and hands-on work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Some mechanical knowledge or experience (even as a hobby) is a bonus
- A full NZ driver's licence (or close to getting it)
- A fully supported MITO apprenticeship
- A full-time paid position with regular hours
