Sales person - Hawera

We are looking for an Ambitious Sales person for our small team in Hawera, this will be a new role for the business so are looking for an individual with initiative and Sales experience.

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers and determining their needs.
• Presenting Products/Services: Clearly explaining the value of the product or service to potential customers.
• Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and terms and securing sales.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving set sales quotas and goals.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Tracking Sales Activities: Using CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working with marketing, product, and support teams to optimize sales efforts.

• Communication and Persuasion: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present effectively and persuade customers.
