Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Collections Agent/Credit Control star with a minimum of 2+ year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in the CBD.
If you have experience working in a fast paced debt collection role we might just have the perfect role for you.
If you are friendly, organised and have a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed! This organisation has a positive, collaborative culture and you will be valued.
Hours for our role are between 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We can be a little flexible on start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Approaching customers who have not keep up to date with payments
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Negotiating payment plans
- Entering information into a CRM package
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years collections experience
- Strong proficiency in CRM/ERP packages.
- If will be a bonus if you are familiar with SAP software
- Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
