About the role:?
This is a hands-on supervisory position with a mix of management and on-site support. You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained across a range of commercial sites.

- Starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential to increase
- Varied hours, with many shifts in the evening
- Supervising staff across multiple locations
- Overseeing and supporting cleaning staff
- Organising and coordinating staff shifts and coverage
- Ensuring sites meet quality and presentation standards
- Conducting site checks and audits
- Training and guiding team members where required
- Reporting to management on performance, issues, and site needs
- Communicating with clients and management
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage time and work across multiple sites
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings
- Starting rate of $32 per hour
- Part-time hours with potential to grow
