We are embarking on a digital transformation project and are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support us on this journey.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our dynamic project team, playing a crucial support role.

Your collaboration with the project manager, technical leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring that our project milestones are met on time and within budget.If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy the fast-paced nature of project delivery, this role offers you the chance to showcase your exceptional project coordination skills.

Organise and schedule project meetings, planning sessions, daily stand ups and workshops Managing project plans, risk, issues and decision logs Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports Coordination and complex scheduling for a phased a device roll out Taking minutes at governance meetings and follow up actions Assist with risk management and mitigation planning Support budget tracking,'vendor invoices and loading contacts in the contract management tool Ko ngā pūkenga ōu
  • What you'll bring Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Proven ability to write memos, prepare reports and other project documentation and reports String attention to detail and robust time management skills with a positive can do attitude Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Available for immediate start Ngā hua o tō mātou whare
