About the Role:We’re seeking for a full time Night Shift Supervisor to effectively manage the functioning of cash services and ensuring the provision of customer service that exceeds customer expectations at our Dunedin branch.
This role requires a proactive and professional individual who can effectively supervise and motivate night shift teams, maintain compliance and uphold excellence when overseeing cash floor operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Drive long term business growth by increasing market share and ensuring all operational functions meet organisational requirements.
- Review financial performance against budgets and forecasts, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee human resources planning to ensure current and future staffing needs are met.
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S policies and all security operating procedures (SOP’s) for cash processing centre, including access control, vault security and duress protocols.
- Report immediately on any malfunctioning physical, electronic or CCTV security equipment within the cash processing centre to maintain a secure environment.
- Extensive experience in industry to Supervisor levels, across operational disciplines.
- Solid computer Skills with hands on experience using operational and project measurement systems.
- Excellent communication Skills .
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Train and Develop staff
