As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll drive efficiency in our Classifieds business by supporting sales, processes, and product delivery through simple automated solutions on the Salesforce platform. You're energetic, driven, and proactive, capable of independently identifying and implementing business process improvements using our key systems.
Here is what you can expect from this role:**
  • Deliver a quality service to our 100-200 Salesforce users across the business, providing timely resolution to end users questions, issues/ errors and enhancement requests.
  • Act as the primary administrator of our two Salesforce instances, including the creation and maintenance of workflows, flows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development and data flow management.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, procedure documents, access, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security.
  • Be responsible for managing security and permissions, automation, user interface, integrations and data.
  • Create and maintain system customisations, perform routine system and data maintenance such as the Salesforce Security Health Check and Salesforce Optimizer.
  • Lead the three times per year release update process, including review of documentation, testing, UAT, activate/ deploy to new features to production.
  • Develop a data management strategy, including data backup, recovery and restore plan for business data as well the applications metadata.
  • Develop onboarding and training initiatives, including creating training and communication plans, documentation and conduct training sessions.
  • Participate in system planning and help develop system roadmaps.
  • Work closely with our Salesforce Partner and Salesforce to further enhance our custom implementation driving the declarative "clicks not code" approach.
  • Support the development and testing of any Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Javascript, HTML and any other elements of code for a specific solution if required.
**What you will bring to our team:**
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator / Functional Consultant / Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience administering in a Lightning environment.
  • Experience managing and maintaining sandboxes.
  • Experience managing SDLC and release management.
  • Hands on experience with declarative Flows and SFDC workflow rules and processes.
  • Knowledge of bulk data manipulation techniques e.g. data loader, data import wizard, mass transfers.
  • Experience with administration of email-to-case, Omni-Channel, assignment, auto-response and other Service related Salesforce features.
  • Understanding of Salesforce's data sharing model and how the use of profiles, roles, groups, permission sets and sharing settings will affect a user's access to data.
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce.com administration (Sales Cloud, Service)
