About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our team. This role involves carrying out a range of labouring and site support tasks to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Duties- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Carry out manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembly.
- Operate hand and power tools, and basic site machinery under supervision.
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete, gravel, and asphalt.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
- Gib Fixing and stopping and doing basic painting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Support tradespeople with general construction tasks as required.
- 1 year of experience or high school certificate
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Clean Driver’s licence and reliable transport [preferred].
- Competitive pay rates: $25 to $30 Per Hour
- Full-time hours ( 30 to 40 hours per week) with ongoing opportunities.
