Construction Worker

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our team. This role involves carrying out a range of labouring and site support tasks to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Duties
  • Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
  • Carry out manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembly.
  • Operate hand and power tools, and basic site machinery under supervision.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete, gravel, and asphalt.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
  • Gib Fixing and stopping and doing basic painting
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
  • Support tradespeople with general construction tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements
  • 1 year of experience or high school certificate
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clean Driver’s licence and reliable transport [preferred].
