Oracle Platform Engineer (HCM)at Accident Compensation Corporation -
You'll play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and scalable solutions that support ACC's mission to keep Kiwis safe and supported. This role is key to enabling a fit-for-purpose Oracle HCM environment that uses multiple HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Workforce Compensation, integrating with other applications as required.
You'll also support the uplift of technical capability and resilience across ACC's Technology Enablement teams and the People & Culture group through peer programming, reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and demonstration of engineering best practices.
In addition, you'll be able to translate business outcomes into technical solutions that consider the architectural landscape, security implications, and integration/connectivity requirements. We are recruiting for a Band 18 role within the Enterprise Platform Engineering team.
