As the first point of contact for patients and their whānau, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment during what can be a stressful time.In this role, you will:deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, ensuring patients are greeted warmly and guided confidently through our processesprovide timely and accurate administrative support, helping to set patients and their whānau up for a smooth journey through our departmentwork closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff, supporting them with essential administrative tasks that keep the Emergency Department running efficiently and effectively.This is a dynamic position that provides the opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care throughout our organisation.View position description.About the Team/Service/LocationAt Ōamaru Hospital, our Administration team plays a vital part in supporting patient recovery and the overall delivery of care.
