Receptionist / Office Assistant

About the role
This is a varied and rewarding position, from welcoming clients at reception to providing PA support for our directors. You’ll be client-facing, assisting the team, and helping to keep the office running smoothly. We also offer opportunities for progression and the chance to build new skills by working alongside our accounting team.
Key responsibilities- Welcoming clients and answering phones
- Managing boardroom bookings
- Coordinating office supplies and stationery
- Scanning and filing documents
- Assisting with online system administration
- Running occasional office errands
- Supporting marketing activities
- Providing PA support to directors, including diary management, meeting preparation, and general assistance
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:- Have previous customer service, PA, or administration experience
- Are confident with the Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Xero is a bonus)
- Are organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting both clients and a team
- Have an interest in the rural industry
