Candidate Profile:* Proven hands-on experience spray painting aluminium or similar materials, with references required* Comprehensive understanding of various paint types, application methods, and finishing techniques* Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic* Ability to work efficiently in a large team environment while maintaining high individual standards* Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods* Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work
