**About the company:**

Position Overview: As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods for over 500 customers. You will work within a team of logistics professionals, coordinate with various departments, and implement strategies to optimise our logistics processes.

• Lead and manage the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
