Our client is a large thriving Medical Practice made up of friendly staff that have a wealth of knowledge and familiarity with their patients valuing personal relationships and going the extra mile.
You will be part of an experienced team that look after a variety of tasks while being both flexible and responsive to ever changing patient needs while maintaining best practice.
About the role:
The main focus of the role is the strategic growth, as well as the management, leadership, and efficient operation of the business. This includes overseeing growth initiatives, administrative, financial and operational functions.- Working closely with their Accountant you will be assisting with the finance administration including creditors, billings, cash flow, general reconciliations.
- Tax, GST and compliance duties
- You will be assisting with the weekly payroll for both permanent employees and contractors.
- You will be able to make any suggestions on streamlining processes and systems to ensure best practice, efficiency and profitability.
- Supervision of general admin functions
- HR management, including processes and employee development
- Performance reports (KPI's), arrange training courses when required
Your background:
- You will have strong experience in healthcare practice management or related field - ideal but not essential
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A proven track record of where you have been instrumental in getting things done in a timely fashion and growing a business
- With a high attention to detail, you will also have excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
