WireMaster Electrical is a Kiwi owned business with over 15 years of experience in all electrical sectors. From new builds to renovations, power point installations to data networking including repairs and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial, we service a wide variety of clients.

We're currently looking for a New Zealand Qualified and Registered Electrician to join our team in Queenstown and/ or Wanaka.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a trade professional who is looking for a challenging role and a fresh start with an established electrical company.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:- NZ Registration and Practising Licence
- Eligibility to work in NZ (Citizenship or Residency)
- A clean NZ Drivers Licence
- An honest and trustworthy work ethic
- The ability to work unsupervised and run your own jobs
- Experience with both commercial and residential electrical work
- High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
- Fantastic people skills (both with customers and colleagues)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment police check
- Currently residing in Queenstown or the Southern Lakes area
- Installing, altering, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and equipment.
- Understanding electrical plans for new home builds, commercial building and electrical equipment.
- Designing functional electric circuitry for electrical systems.
- Locating and adjusting defects in electrical systems and equipment.
- Installing electrical fitting to existing houses, building &/or other structures.
- Estimating labour or material costs / amounts from blueprints or work plans.
- Liaising with clients &/or other relevant personnel.
- Keeping clients informed of tasks completed &/or timeframes to complete tasks.
- Complying with New Zealand laws and regulations regarding safety and adhering to all company safety guidelines.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday with variable hours (typically 8:00am - 5:00pm), however we do have some flexibility with work hours when required.
