Kelford Cams is a global leader in performance camshaft technology, entering an exciting growth phase across Europe, the UAE, the USA, and beyond. We're looking for a talented Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to take full ownership of our digital presence — from website management and SEO to paid advertising, content creation, and campaign execution.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for someone who is creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about motorsport and high-performance automotive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Website & SEO Management
  • Manage and maintain the Kelford WordPress website, including page builds, product uploads, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Lead all SEO strategy and implementation: keyword research, content structuring, metadata, and performance optimization.
  • Plan and execute new product releases in coordination with the sales and inventory team.
  • Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and apply ongoing improvements.
  1. Content Creation & Social Media
  • Plan and post content 5x per week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Capture and edit short-form workshop content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories).
  • Publish one YouTube video per month (technical education, walkthroughs, racing content).
  • Highlight new products, behind-the-scenes footage, customer race results, and special promotions.
  1. Paid Advertising & Retargeting
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to capture abandoned leads and boost conversions.
  • Report monthly on campaign performance using GA4 and platform analytics.
  1. Sponsorship Activation
  • Manage Kelford’s sponsorship tracker and ensure sponsored drivers/teams deliver branding content.
  • Leverage race results, video clips, and shout-outs to create high-impact campaigns.
  • Align campaigns with geographic or product-based promotions.
  1. HubSpot CRM & Email Campaigns
  • Maintain and use HubSpot CRM to manage outbound campaigns, lead funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Send monthly email newsletters featuring product launches, content highlights, and workshop news.
  • Monitor lead conversion and manage outreach for follow-up orders.
  1. Creative Asset Production
  • Edit images, design flyers and brochures using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Produce cohesive and brand-aligned visuals for web, print, and trade shows.
  1. Market & Competitor Monitoring
  • Track and analyze competitor strategies, promotions, and content.
  • Provide weekly insights to the Sales Manager for strategic planning.
Your Profile
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO/web management.
  • Strong proficiency in:
o WordPress administration and plugin management
o SEO (keyword targeting, metadata, on-page optimization, GA4)
o Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
o GA4, campaign analytics and reporting
o HubSpot CRM or similar tools
o CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing tools
o Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design software
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly collaborative — works well with Sales, Product, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about performance automotive culture.
