Our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) holds a key function within Dunedin Hospital providing a coordination centre and overview of the patient flow across the hospital and district We have several services as part of the IOC, Duty Managers 24/7, Discharge/Transit Lounge, National Travel Assistance team and a Nursing Resource Unit that has a pool of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who work across all wards in the hospital, wherever the demand may be that day.In this position, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative duties for the IOC team.
You will have a varied role from coordinating patient transport to assist with the onboarding of staff.You will be required to assist with the collation of monthly reports, processing month end invoices, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required to ultimately provide an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service.This is a fast-paced environment, and experienced applicants will thrive in this busy service.This is a Monday to Friday role, between the hours of 8am
