Skin Poet is a well established skin clinic, offering the best of the best skin treatments and products. We are moving into beautiful new premises next year and we are looking for people to join our growing team.We’re seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist to lead Skin Poet’s skin and beauty division. This role requires leadership experience, a comprehensive understanding of skin therapies and a passion for managing and enhancing customer experience.
You’ll need to be driven and kind. Skin Poet’s ethos revolves around delivering a genuine and loving experience by genuinely enjoying our work and creating a safe and beautiful space for clients.
Key requirements include:
- A recognised beauty therapy qualification (Level 5 or CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC)
- 5+ years experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Expertise in advance therapies including needling, laser + IPL, facials and skin assessment
- The ability to mentor new staff and manage the therapist on the team
- The ability to think on your feet and have good initiative
- Be kind, compassionate and passionate for people and skin
- Strong product knowledge and alignment
- Will need to be great at customer services and help with the front desk/admin jobs
- Assist in building policies and procedures
- Will be able to monitor stock and ordering
- To work alongside and in collaboration with nurse injectors
- Will need to be tech savvy and be part of the business socials

Hours are negotiable from 25/35 hours. Also negotiable is contract vs employee, depending on the applicant. Must include 1 late night per week and occasional Saturdays, depending on demand.You will be part of a growth phase in the business and we can’t wait to meet you x
