Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) - DSU and EndoscopyRotorua/Taupo Hospital (based in Rotorua)Fixed Term 1.0 FTE till 30 Nov 2026.We have a rare opportunity for a ACNM to lead efficiency and excellence within the Daystay Unit and Endoscopy team.
Our team in Lakes is passionate, hardworking and friendly. You will be responsible for ensuring staffing, stock levels, policies, professional standards, audits are maintained within these units, as well as supporting the team on the floor where required.

The Daystay Unit works Mon-Friday 7am - 8pm and the Endoscopy unit provides service 24/7.This position is on a fixed term while the Senior nurse structure is reviewed.Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleManage day of surgery admissions perioperative admissions through to discharge.Leading and facilitate Elective, Interventional and acute Endoscopy procedures.
