You maybe skilled or semi skilled in sewing and fabric welders who are reliable, flexible and good in a team environment.Fabricator Roles:
As part of a production team, this role includes a variety of fabrication activities using PVC and canvas fabrics. The position will be using industrial sewing machines and Hi Frequency fabric welders. The role will also include a wide range of production process activities including marking, cutting, sewing through to product assembly.
The applicants must be hardworking, reliable, motivated, and trustworthy.
You will be installing shades sails at residential homes, schools & pre-schoolsInstallation of truck curtains manufactured by us here in Pukekohe
Installing new outdoor screens awnings removing these also for repairs
Taking down shade sails cleaning and re installing in spring/early summer
Unloading of trucks with incoming stock so a forklift license would be preferred but not essential as we can put you on a course
Working alongside the production team learning to hand welding and hi frequency welding
Assisting Sales with measuring and site visits
Experience in using measurements, marking & cutting- Sewing on industrial machines would also be an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to learn new skills and problem solve
- Have a great work ethic and a positive attitude.
