Key Requirements.- Proven experience as a grill cook or similar role
- Strong Knowledge of food preparation and Kitchen Safety protocols
- Experience in maintaining strict food hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high volume Kitchen.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
- Have a positive, can – do attitude
- Be hardworking, reliable and professional
- Understand the importance of Customer satisfaction
