Data Centre Security Concierge

We are looking for sociable and outgoing Concierge Security Officers who are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our client.

• Concierge.
• Meeting and greeting staff and patients in a friendly, personable manner.
• Providing visitors directions and assistance.
• Escorting staff to their vehicles when requested. Patrols & Monitoring.
• Conducting foot patrols of car parks, apartments and vulnerable areas.
• Control of Access.
• Monitor accessible and parental parking to ensure it is used by entitled persons only.
• Incident Response.
• Attend to any security related matter.

• Skill in verbal and written communication.
• Skill in observing situations and decision making.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations.

• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Capable of learning a variety of security and safety devices.
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Oral and written communications skills. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.

The role comprises of rostered shift work on a 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off pattern. Shifts are 12 hours in duration, from7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am ,Those who are only able to commit on a casual basis are also encouraged to apply.

Training and uniform will be provided. Those with previous security experience are particularly encouraged to apply. We are recruiting for Concierge officers
