You will be based in Whangarei.What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi anaAs an Employment Coordinator, your focus is on:Working alongside Case Managers to understand client strengths and aspirationsSupporting clients with CV development, interview preparation, and pre-employment checksConnecting with employers and providers to match clients into the right opportunitiesPromoting your clients' potential and working with them to overcome employment barriersProviding post-placement support to ensure long-term successContributing to local and regional employment strategiesThis is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, build trust, and deliver outcomes will make a real difference.
