Administrator (20-25 hrs ) - Electrical Company

• First point of contact for internal and external enquiries
• Comprehensive admin support to Project & Estimations management team for projects
• Receive key client service work requests & collaborate with wider team
• Prepare job documentation, file & maintain online records
• Job scheduling administration
• Coordinate monthly staff team meetings
• Admin support for HR processes
• Company vehicles fleet administration
• Marketing administration
• Office supplies
• Social Club events administration

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks for dynamic workflow & take the initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure
• Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) & client management systems
• Adaptable and flexible, can work independently and as part of a team
