The role has an emphasis on leadership of staff,patient safety and management of resources requiring you to be flexible andadaptable to meet changing service needs.This is a permanent full time 1.0FTE position,working an average of 80 hours a fortnight, covering all shifts.About the Team/LocationThe Duty Nurse Manager team is responsible for thecoordination of the Nelson Hospital site at an operational level with delegatedauthority of the Service Manager. About YouYou will be an enthusiastic and visionary Senior Registered Nurse with advanced clinical knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.You will have a minimum of five yearsrecent post registration experience and with Proficient/Expert on PDRP, orworking towards Proficient/Expert.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora isdedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
