Due to increasing demand we’re looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Technician / Operator to join our high-performing team.“This is more than just another workshop role. Alongside keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and operating at its best, you’ll also play a hands-on role supporting breakdown response and heavy recovery operations across New Zealand.”

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles
- Performing routine servicing and major mechanical overhauls
- Working on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and braking systems
- Diagnosing faults efficiently and delivering practical solutions
- Safely operating workshop equipment including hoists and hydraulic jacks
- Helping maintain a high standard of safety, reliability, and professionalism across our fleet
- Supporting roadside breakdowns and heavy recovery operations when required
- Assisting with salvage, towing, and accident recovery of heavy vehicles and machinery
- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification
- Proven experience working on heavy vehicles and machinery
- Clean NZ Driver Licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

REQUIREMENTS

- NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
