Job Description**
**About the role:**
We are currently looking for a Class 5 Driver to join our team in Hautapu. On offer is a permanent full-time role to deliver bulk LPG in the north island. If you have a great work ethic and want to be part of a strong connected team, it might be time to give your career the Alexander Advantage.This role would suit someone who has prior liquid load experience and who has worked on rotational shifts.
- **This role is on weekly rotational day/night shift.**
- Night shift when loading the tanker in Taranaki and Day shift when doing the deliveries in Auckland.
- Sunday to Thursday
- Loading and unloading of tankers
- Uplift & Delivery of bulk LPG to customer sites
- Provide strong customer service to all customers
- Maintaining truck/trailer and equipment,
- Compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Have proven Class 5 driving experience preferably within a dangerous goods environment
- Have a clean driver’s license
- Be physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic
- Have a safety-first mindset and the ability to identify and minimise risks
- Have a Dangerous Goods certificate, but is not essential as we can offer training
