- Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Kaitaki, Tohutohu, Tautoko hoki
- Team Leader, Advice and Support to join the Te Amaru
- Disability Services team in the Mana Taurite me te Oranga Tauira
- Student Equity and Wellbeing Portfolio on a permanent, full-time contract.
- Disability Services team and seek guidance from the Manu Tāiko
- Associate Director, Student Equity and Wellbeing as needed.
- Associate Director and service leadership team to lead the direction, culture and practices of the Te Amaru
- Disability Services team and ensure the team's internal and external reputation remains high.Work closely with counterparts in key student services, faculties and external agencies as needed to enhance the experience of disabled students and embed disability inclusive approaches at the University.
- About youYou will be an experienced allied health professional with demonstrated leadership ability who wants to make a difference doing meaningful work.
Key requirements: An experienced allied health professional with current registration and practising certificate.
Demonstrated ability in leadership in the areas of staff leadership, needs assessment and case management.Experience in working with disabled people (including mental health) and people who are Deaf.Demonstrated ability in leading problem solving, planning and implementation that achieves project or team objectives.
Experience in producing high quality written and in person communication to a range of audiences across different mediums.Strong and adaptable organisational, administrative, written and computer skills.
