Fixed-term Duty Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We’re looking for a duty manager to join our fantastic team at Oyster Cove Restaurant & Bar!
What We Offer- Hourly rate $25 – $30 (depending on experience)

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues when needed
- Supervise, train and support staff during service
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and Health & Safety requirements
- Cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Current Duty Manager Certificate (or LCQ with eligibility to apply)
- Previous hospitality / bar / restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, responsible and able to work evenings and weekends on a rostered basis
Pay rate: $23.50 – $25/hr (depending on experience)
Key duties: Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist with food & beverage service, bar work and general dutiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements: Previous hospitality experience an advantage (but not essential – training provided)
Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learnAble to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
