Position Overview

We’re looking for Skilled Labourers to support our three waters and drilling crews. You’ll work hands-on across a range of civil projects – from trenching and pipe installation to supporting trenchless operations. It’s physical, rewarding work, and you’ll be part of a close-knit crew that takes pride in the results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
  • Support drilling and trenchless operations
  • Contribute to site setup, ground prep, and reinstatement
  • Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work alongside experienced operators and foremen to deliver high-quality results
  • Follow health and safety procedures and look out for your team
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in civil construction, ideally in water, drainage, or utilities work
  • Full NZ Class 1 manual driver’s licence (essential)
  • Class 2 and WTR endorsements an advantage
  • Sound understanding of on-site health and safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
