We have exciting roles available for motivated and confident individuals at our venues in Christchurch City, including:

• Full-time 2IC at Gelato and Tea – making sweet drinks, scooping ice cream, support the manager, lead shifts, and grow into a senior leadership role.
• Full-time Checkout Operator at Little Foragers Market – managing stocks, carrying up to 20kg, friendly, reliable, and efficient in customer service.
• Part-time Front of House (Senior, Experienced) at Midnight Shanghai– confident running sections, assisting training, and growing into leadership.
• Part-time Front of House (LCQ preferred) at Eightgrains– eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to support our busy venue.

Key responsibilities

• Confident in managing sections, bar service, and downtime tasks.
• Follow downtime tasks and daily checklists to maintain smooth operations.
• Eager to learn and develop into Duty Manager roles.
• Excellent customer service skills and adaptability.

• Operations: Lead shifts, manage teams, track goals, and maintain standards.
• People Management: Ensure excellent service, brief and train staff, and foster a positive work environment.
• Admin & Financial: Oversee checklists, stock, reports, invoices, forecasting, and upselling.
• Leadership: Ensure smooth operations and contribute to team development.
