About the Role:

We are looking for caring and reliable Casual - Support Workers to join our team in Waikato. This role involves working with clients across a range of care settings, supporting their daily living needs and promoting independence. Shifts are flexible and varied, giving you the opportunity to build experience while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting household tasks, meal preparation, and community access
  • Maintaining clear documentation and reporting any health or wellbeing concerns
  • Promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all clients

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will have:
  • A genuine passion for supporting people in need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and flexibility with working hours
  • At least 3–6 months of professional experience as a Support Worker
  • A full driver’s license and reliable transport
