Professional Crane Truck Operator/Truck Driver
Charter Transport is a locally owned and operated transport and logistics company, we have an opportunity available for a hardworking, knowledgeable and reliable individual to join our transport team.
This position will be full-time, servicing our local customers and based at our Christchurch depot. Applicants need to have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Permit.
The successful applicant must have a Class 5 New Zealand Licence and be a certified crane truck operator with both unit standards 16617 and 30072.
The person we are looking for:- has great people skills
- has a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team or independently
- will be professional and able to maintain a high standard of service
- will be physically fit
- will pass a medical assessment, drug screen and history vetting
- will be health and safety conscious
Days of work will be Monday-Friday with the possibility of weekend shifts.
Full uniform and protective gear will be supplied.
The Charter team includes qualified driver trainers that will provide training.
