Arborist

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Arborist to join the Hardfell Ltd team. As a family-run business, we take pride in delivering high-quality tree work with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of arboricultural tasks including tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, hedge trimming, and general site clean-up. You’ll be expected to work efficiently in a team environment and follow all health and safety protocols on-site.

We are a drug-free workplace – all team members must maintain a clean and sober work ethic. A clean full driver’s licence is required, and a truck licence (Class 2 or above) is highly desirable. Relevant arboriculture qualifications and experience are preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
