We are looking for responsible and motivated Store Manager and Assistant Manager to join our team.

Store Manager X 1This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable individual to become part of a supportive, professional

Position Details:Minimum Hours: 32 hours per week
Payrate is based on experience.
Requirements to be successful in the position: 1 years minimum experience in this industry
A qualification in business or management is advantageous.Good communication skills.
Strong leadership as well as motivational skillsThe Successful applicant will have to be prepared to work weekends and evenings if required.
Must hold a Manager Certificate and Liquor Controller Qualification.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for:
Plan, organize, and control all day-to-day retail store operations to ensure efficient and profitable businessperformance.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and smooth
business operations.
Ensure full compliance with the Sale of Liquor Act and all relevant licensing requirements, including responsible
service practices.
Manage and oversee all in-store activities, ensuring operational procedures and company policies are
consistently followed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally; greet customers and provide appropriate
advice and product information.
Liaise effectively with customers, employees, suppliers, sales representatives, and licensing authorities to
support business operations.
Control, monitor, and organize stock levels to ensure adequate inventory is maintained to meet customerdemand, promotions, and sales targets.
Oversee all security aspects of the business, ensuring correct procedures are followed by staff to prevent theft, loss, and non-compliance.
Develop and implement pricing strategies, including setting and reviewing product prices to maximize
profitability and remain competitive.
Prepare, manage, and monitor monthly budgets; analyses variances, implement corrective actions, and developstrategies to improve store performance and profitability.
Assistant Manager X1
The ideal candidate must hold a valid LCQ (License Controller Qualification) Or willing to get in 3 months. You will be responsible for daily store operations, customer service, and ensuring all Alcohol Licensing laws are followed.

Key Responsibilities=
Oversee daily store operations and staff during your shiftProvide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
Manage opening/closing procedures
Restock shelves, maintain store presentation
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Monitor age verification and responsible alcohol service
Requirements=LCQ qualification (mandatory)
Eligibility for a Manager’s Certificate
Previous retail or liquor store experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, honest, and customer-focused
