Civil Construction Labourer

We’re looking for reliable Civil Construction Labourers to join our team on local projects across the Wellington and Hutt Valley Region. This is hands-on outdoor work with a solid crew, steady hours, and opportunities to build a career in civil construction.

You’ll be assisting with a range of civil works including roading, drainage, infrastructure, and site preparation, working alongside machine operators and site supervisors.

• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• Previous civil or construction experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good understanding of health and safety on site
• Ability to carry out physical work in an outdoor environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
