Are you an experienced labourer with a solid background in foundations work? We're looking for a motivated individual to join a hardworking crew on a range of residential and commercial ribraft foundation projects across Christchurch.

This is an exciting opportunity with long-term potential, including the chance to work toward an apprenticeship and develop a career in the construction industry.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 2 years of experience in labouring, specifically in foundation work
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A Site Safe ticket (preferred) - if you don't have one but have experience, we can help you get it
• The ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• A commitment to site safety and high-quality workmanship

The role includes:

• Assisting with profile and setout
• Working with formwork and foundation prep
• Reading and understanding plans and specs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
• Contributing to long-term projects as a reliable team player
