Assistant Manager [2 Positions]

Duties & Responsibilites
Oversee and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Assist in onboarding new staff and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Help manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
Accurately process payments, handle cash, and assist with daily reconciliations.
Identify and resolve operational issues or customer concerns efficiently during shifts.
Effectively manage restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure strong communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification level 3 or above in hospitality or Business Management.
