Works Supervisor, Planting Operations
We're looking for a Works Supervisor to join our dedicated, fun, and friendly Planting Operations team, based in our Upper Hutt office.
**About the role:**
As a Works Supervisor you will engage, supervise, direct, and work with contract labour to ensure the timely delivery of our planting work programmes, as requested by project planners and advisors.
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Planting Operations works programmes, undertaking field-based activities and managing the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and contractors while working on-site.
**Skills and experience required:**- Excellent organisational and logistical skills to prioritise duties and schedules.
- A good problem solver who is flexible and adaptable.
- Strong team focus with good oral and written communication skills.
- Preferably experienced in dealing with contract labour/civil machinery.
- Effective communication skills and experience with maintaining good relationships.
- Computer, spreadsheet, general technology skills
- Hold a full driver's licence, and preferably 4WD, Quad, ATV unit standards.

The remuneration for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $68,842 to $103,262, with a midpoint of $86,052. Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
