About the Role
Roadmaster Ltd is a premier New Zealand manufacturer of heavy transport equipment. We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Permitting and Certification team at our Rotorua head office.You will play a critical role in the final stages of our manufacturing process, ensuring every heavy vehicle leaving our plant is fully compliant, documented, and ready for the road.

Your Key Responsibilities- Compliance & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end administration of vehicle registrations, certifications, and heavy vehicle permitting.
- Manual Assembly: Compile comprehensive user manuals for new equipment to ensure our clients have all the technical information they need.
- Scheduling & Tracking: Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain schedules for vehicle inspections, permit applications, and certification timelines.
- Data & File Management: Maintain precise digital and physical records, ensuring all technical files are organized and up to date.
- Team Support: Work closely with production and engineering to keep the certification pipeline moving efficiently.
- Excel Proficient: You are comfortable using Excel for scheduling and data tracking (e.g., managing timelines, filtering data, and maintaining accurate logs).
- Detail Obsessed: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality with excellent attention to detail.
- Numerically Literate: You are comfortable working with figures and technical specifications.
- Strong Communicator: You can relay information clearly to both colleagues and regulatory bodies.

- Must hold New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
