Part-time/Full-time Pharmacist on the Kapiti Coast
We are looking for a motivated full-time or part-time pharmacist to join our team on a permanent basis.

You would be working with a Pharmacist Owner, 1 full-time pharmacist, 2 part-time pharmacists, 1 full-time nurse, 4 full-time technicians and 2 part-time tecnicians.
If you are a recently registered pharmacist you will have lots of support from our experienced team.If you are an experienced pharmacist we offer extra pharmacy services for professional development.
Our pharmacy leads the Kapiti Coast in offering pharmacy services including being involved in pilot program providing extra support for patients in the community to improve health outcomes. Our services include vaccinations, Hepatitis C Screening, Community Pharmacy Gout Management Service (CPGMS), Methadone, Clozapine, ECP, UTI, Sildenafil, Phillips sleep service.Also Alpaca packaging for community and resthome patients.
We have just completed a fit out making our dispensary space larger and adding another consultation room so we now have two so our Pharmacist will be able to use 13 standing orders to provide prescription medications for conditions like shingles, minor skin infections etc.
We work closely with the local Mental Health team, Hora Te Pai and have great relationships with the other local medical centres.

- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- Be registered with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and have a current APC
We aren't located in the mall so no late nights, Sundays and Public Holidays. Saturday's will be rostered maximum of 1 every 3 weekends, and a 3 day weekend every 3 weeks. Or with the number of staff we can be flexible with rostering.
