Due to our rapid growth in Asia, we are looking for a Bilingual Education Sales Associate to help us expand our impact to more students.
This is a full-time remote (hybrid optional) position, based in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other Asia timezone markets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths
- Contacting and engaging with new leads to schedule appointments for the Admissions Team
- Proactive high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS and WApp
- Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
- Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including our Asia Sales & Marketing team
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin - spoken and written
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value
- Hunger and drive to exceed targets
- High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus
