Due to the rapid growth in our HVAC department, Aotea Electric Nelson is currently looking for HVAC installers , AC installers and refrigeration technicians to join our team in the Nelson area.

Aotea Electric Nelson’s HVAC department provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation and maintenance to our large client base in the Nelson/Tasman area.

The role is for installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems for mainly commercial sites/clients.

Ideally you will be an HVAC qualified, refrigeration engineer or a registered electrician with experience of all forms of the HVAC industry with experience in the residential, commercial and construction environments.

The successful applicant will offer:

• 2+ years practical experience as an HVAC technician/air-conditioning system installer/refrigeration or similar role
• Have a dedication to quality workmanship

• Ability to work autonomously,
• Ability to self-manage, self-motivate and be self-sufficient
• Must be able to develop strong client relationships
