The Position : You will be based in Central Tauranga working in a busy trade store, with our fun, friendly team. Your duties will be many and varied but always busy. Typically you will assist customers both over the phone,in person and via email.
You will invoice and send orders to customers via courier or sales rep
You will be entering most customer orders that are received via email, phone or in person into our system and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
You will be offering them advise or finding out the answers for them
You will be responsible for running all the customer backorders - identifying and picking items as they arrive into store for customers and following thru the sale process.You will invoice and send orders to customers via courier or sales rep
You will be entering most customer orders that are received via email, phone or in person into our system and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
You will help to mix paint, label and put stock away, and pick rep stock, prepare quotes
The Person : As this is a busy role you must be able to multitask on a daily basis. You must be upbeat and cheerful as you are often the first and important point of contact, both over the phone and in store. You should have good keyboard skills as you will be entering orders.You should have good attention to detail and be accurate as its important to supply the right products the first time. You should enjoy helping people.
The Rest : Product and system training will be given to the right person. The team is small and friendly and a great work environment. Sorry but this is NOT and entry level position.
